To purchase more text credit, log into your account and click Purchase Text Credit in Your Account.

Although you can't entirely customise the SMS/text message reminder message which is sent, we do allow you to change certain elements of it. To do this, log into your account and click Message Settings in Your Account. You can also change the message at the time of creating the booking. If the message you want doesn't exists, contact us to have it added.
