To change your opening hours, log into your account and click Diary Options in Your Account.

To change the length of each appointment, log into your account and click Diary Options in Your Account.

You cannot set the appointment length for each staff member, but you can set a length that works for everyone. For example, if you have one staff member who requires 10 minute appointment length and one who requres 15 minute appointments, set the interval time to 5 minutes to allow for manual calculation of appointment separation.
