All you need to sign up to Reminder Diary is your business name, your telephone number, an email address and a password.

When signing up, you must enter a valid email address. If you have and the system states an account already exists with the entered email address, someone has already signed up for an account with that email address. Please use forgotten password to get sent a new password.

If you have forgotten your password, use the forgotten password section to be sent a new password.

To change your password, log into your account and click Your Account in the top menu and then click the Change Your Password symbol.

If you can no longer access your email address and have forgotten your password, contact us and we will ask you a series of security questions to reset your email address.

Even if you have changed your email address, you can still log into your account. We would however recommend updating your email address as soon as possible as it is our only way of communicating with you. You can change your email address by visiting Edit Account Details in Your Account once you have logged in. Once you have changed your email address you will have to log in with your new address.

To change your login email address, log into your account and then click Edit Account Details in Your Account. Once you have changed your email address, you will have to use the new address next time you log in.
