Q. What reminder messages can I send?
A. Reminder Diary allows you to enter your own SMS message which will be sent to your customers.
Q. Do my SMS credits expire?
A. No, they last until they are used up.
Q. Can I send messages over 160 characters?
A. At this time, unfortunately not. Your messages are limited to the single SMS limit, which is
160 characters. Please note that Reminder Diary reserves some of these characters to append dates and times etc. The
message settings screen in your account will show you what message length you have to use.
Q. Can I send MMS messages?
A. At this time, unfortunately not although we are keen to find out how many of our customers would like this feature.
